The Jameson Irish Whiskey Cake with Jameson-Drambuie Glaze is a flavorful, rich cake which looks similar to a pound cake but a pound cake with a punch! It was a challenge to balance out the Jameson Irish whiskey and the Drambuie whiskey liqueur in both the cake body and the glaze. It’s a cake to try and recreate with other Irish whiskies and whiskey liqueurs.
