Walker Percy Whiskey Cocktail

August 13, 2015 by 2 Comments

The Walker Percy Whiskey cocktail is mellow but packs a punch.  The Cask Strength Maker’s Mark provides the strength to make this a stiff drink to relish at the end of a long, hard work day.  It is good to have a smooth cocktail to even out the roughness of the day.

That’s a typo for the bitters, right? Surely it’s not 1/2 ounce. That would be 16 dashes or,so. I find that 4 or 5 is plenty.
    Tell me there’s some mistake.

      Hi John,

I apologize for my late response. It wasn’t a typo on the bitters; the 1/2 ounce or 15 ml was the measurement. Since each person’s taste buds are different, it’s better to underwhelm then to overwhelm. The more you make the cocktail the more you can determine your own taste. I appreciate your comments and interaction. Let me know about your “experiments”
